MAXXIPRO — Enterprise B2B / Product Information Architecture

  • August 2026
  • Intelstav Labs

MAXXIPRO is a multilingual B2B product and knowledge platform developed
for a European professional hygiene manufacturer, combining structured
product information, technical documentation, industry classification,
and commercial content across English, Bulgarian, and Romanian.

Rather than treating WordPress as a collection of pages, the platform
was developed as a controlled product-information system with explicit
ownership of product data, taxonomy, localization, rendering, navigation,
and release certification.
WooCommerce provides the catalogue foundation, while custom enterprise
layers control the behavior required by the B2B product architecture.

What was solved

  • 60 canonical products organized into 180 published EN/BG/RO product pages.
  • 60 complete multilingual product families with controlled language relationships.
  • Structured taxonomy for industries, application areas, product families, packaging, standards, and documentation.
  • Controlled GTIN governance with explicit source-of-truth and multilingual identifier parity.
  • Custom multilingual architecture around WordPress, WooCommerce, and Polylang.
  • Deterministic product, category, family, and compliance rendering.
  • Enterprise navigation, registry, translation, and product-information layers.
  • Structured Knowledge Center and technical standards architecture.
  • Guarded production changes with pre-flight validation, backup, post-write certification, and rollback gates.
  • Full catalogue frontend certification across all three languages.

Why this approach

Conventional multilingual WooCommerce implementations can allow product
content, taxonomy, translations, identifiers, and frontend presentation
to evolve independently. Over time, this creates data drift and makes
the catalogue increasingly difficult to validate and maintain.

MAXXIPRO was designed around the opposite principle:
canonical ownership first, localization second, and certification before
release. English acts as the canonical product layer, while Bulgarian
and Romanian are controlled localized members of the same product family.
Product identifiers and structured attributes follow explicit governance
rules instead of being treated as independent page content.

The architecture separates business data, translation logic, taxonomy,
navigation, product rendering, and presentation into defined layers.
This allows WordPress and WooCommerce to operate as an application
platform rather than as a conventional page-driven website.

Enterprise Core

At the center of the platform is a custom MAXXIPRO Enterprise Core,
implemented as a dedicated MU-plugin application layer around WordPress
and WooCommerce. Business rules that must remain independent from the
presentation theme are kept in this controlled system layer rather than
distributed across templates or administrative configuration.

The Enterprise Core coordinates product-information governance,
multilingual catalogue behavior, taxonomy and registry logic,
navigation policies, translation infrastructure, frontend rendering
contracts, and production validation.

  • Centralized product-information and multilingual governance.
  • Controlled taxonomy, registry, and product-family relationships.
  • Dedicated translation layer for enterprise interface and content domains.
  • Deterministic product and taxonomy rendering pipelines.
  • Import and validation tooling for controlled catalogue operations.
  • QA and release-certification workflows for production changes.
  • Separation of business logic from theme-level presentation.

This architecture allows the catalogue to be validated as a system.
Changes can be inspected through explicit pre-flight checks, executed
within a limited scope, and independently certified after deployment.

SEO & AI Discovery Infrastructure

MAXXIPRO also includes a dedicated technical discovery layer designed
to make the B2B catalogue understandable not only to users, but also to
search engines and machine-driven discovery systems.

Instead of treating SEO as page-level metadata added after development,
discoverability is handled as part of the platform architecture.
Product identity, catalogue relationships, structured information,
indexing behavior, and machine-readable output are aligned with the
same controlled product-information model used by the application.

  • Technical SEO integrated with the catalogue architecture.
  • Structured semantic output based on controlled product information.
  • Search-engine indexing and sitemap-oriented discovery infrastructure.
  • Machine-readable catalogue and entity relationships.
  • AI-oriented discovery resources within the technical platform layer.
  • Separation of discovery logic from visual page construction.

The result is a catalogue in which content architecture, product data,
technical SEO, and machine discoverability are treated as connected
system concerns rather than independent optimization tasks.

Certified production result

  • 180 published product pages.
  • 60 English products.
  • 60 Bulgarian products.
  • 60 Romanian products.
  • 60 complete EN/BG/RO product families.
  • Certified multilingual product-data and GTIN parity.
  • Certified taxonomy and frontend addressability.
  • 180 of 180 product pages successfully validated through public frontend rendering.

The result is a maintainable B2B product-information architecture with
clear ownership boundaries, controlled multilingual data, deterministic
rendering, and a repeatable production certification process.
